 President: James WellsJames Wells serves as president of Walnut Gardens HOA. He has been a resident of this community since 2016. James is a proud husband and father of two children. You will often see him taking a stroll around the neighborhood, greeting neighbors of our wonderful community. |
 Vice President: Kyle McGowan-MooreKyle McGowan-Moore, the Vice President of the HOA, is a relatively new member of the Walnut Gardens neighborhood (moving here in October 2018), but that hasn’t stopped her from falling in love with this awesome community! Her favorite part of living here is getting to know the neighbors and their adorable pets on her morning walks. She is a newlywed and the mother of two beautiful and talented daughters. |
 Secretary: Lisa GaddyLisa Gaddy serves as the Secretary of Walnut Gardens HOA. She has lived in the neighborhood since 2016. Her favorite part of the neighborhood is the diversity of the residents. Outdoor activities are her favorite pastime including camping, kayaking, hiking, and just plain enjoying nature. |
 At Large: Steve ApplebaumSteve Applebaum serves as the “at large” member of the board, giving support to the rest of the members on various projects. Steve has lived in the neighborhood for 15 years. He and his family love Walnut Gardens Subdivision being tucked away in the Southeast corner of Cordova. Steve and his wife, Kim have 3 teenage daughters that keep them very busy! |
