Walnut Gardens is a 154-home neighborhood nestled between the Cordova and Rocky Point communities east of Memphis, Tennessee. 

All homeowners are members of Walnut Gardens Homeowners Association as a unit.  Our association is managed by an elected five-person board.  Through our by-laws and CC&Rs, the association strives to maintain a safe and beautiful environment. We believe that neighborhood satisfaction, positive proactive interactions, and aesthetically pleasing property features are key factors in contributing to the success of the Walnut Gardens community.
