Walnut Gardens is a 154-home neighborhood located between the Cordova and Rocky Point communities east of Memphis, Tennessee.
All homeowners are members of the Walnut Gardens Homeowners Association. The association is governed by an elected five-person board and guided by its bylaws and CC&Rs. Our goal is to help maintain a safe, attractive, and well-kept community through clear standards, proactive communication, and shared responsibility.
